Cathy's Yorkshire Meadow Gin Cocktail

INTRODUCTION
We asked our very own Cathy where she likes to spend those lazy summer afternoons and her answer was quick – walking her dog through a sun-drenched Yorkshire meadow. So our mixologist worked with Cathy to create a cocktail to embody that feeling. Floral, fruity and sharp, this cocktail was designed for kicking back and wiling away those sunny summer afternoons.

INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Masons English Lavender Gin
- 20ml Lime Juice
- 10ml Monin Jasmine Syrup
- 40ml Cloudy Apple Juice
- Foamer

SERVE
- Fill a Nick & Nora glass with ice and leave to chill for 2 minutes
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well until mixed - Throw away the ice from the glass and fine strain the mixture into the glass.
- Garnish with rose petals
