Espresso Martini Gin Cocktail

Born in the 1990s, the popularity of the Espresso Martini has soared, with every establishment offering their own recipe. The clue is in getting that wonderfully creamy top layer and artfully laying on some coffee beans. Perfection.

Ingredients
40ml Masons Dry Yorkshire Gin
25ml Guinness
5ml caramel syrup
25ml Kahlua
25ml (1 shot) espresso

Serve
Add all ingredients to a shaker and add one ice cube

Shake all ingredients until the ice cube has dissolved, then add more ice and shake again

Serve into a coupette glass

Garnish with a fudge cube on the base
