Pear & Rose Spritz Gin Cocktail

Our Peppered Pear gin deserves suitably elegant flavours to balance it out in a cocktail. We have spent a long time creating this recipe, perfect for those long, summer evenings when only something cold will do.

50ml Masons Peppered Pear Edition gin
10ml Cointreau
20ml lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
Fentimans Rose Lemonade

Add the gin, Cointreau, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a shaker and shake until mixed

Add some cubed ice into the glass

Strain the mixture into the glass

Top with Fentimans Rose Lemonade

Garnish by sprinkling dried rose petals on top
